Orissa CHSE Results 2014 |
This year four sets of questions are being supplied to students. Questions are same, but in different sequences. Students will not be given any additional answersheets. They have to write answers on 32-page stitched booklet. CHSE used to hold the examinations in two sessions, first from 10 am-1 pm and the second from 2pm-5pm. However, from March next year, the council is planning to hold the exams starting from sometime between 10 am and 11 am only, following the question paper leak in March. Starting 2014, CHSE would store question papers in 200 highly-guarded examination management hubs (EMH) and supply those to examination centres on the day of examinations.
But since single sessions may also stretch the total number of examination days, the council would not have too many days of gap in between two consecutive papers. The aim is to finish is the examination by March-end so that evaluation is on time, especially since general elections are likely in April-May this year. Many teachers would also be deployed on election duty. The government has decided to give answer sheets of fixed 32 pages stitched by threads, as against the current practice of students attaching additional sheets as per the requirement from the coming examinations. The council is in final stages of moderating questions and printing answer-sheets.
