Eligibility Criteria


Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 to 40 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation applicable as per Govt rules.


  • For Tuberculosis Health Visitor : Applicants must possess Bachelor’s Degree.Intermediate and experience of working as MPW/ANM/LHV/Health worker Certificate/higher course in Health Education/Counselling.Tuberclosis health visitor’s recognized course. Certificate course in computer operations.

  • For Senior Treatment Supervisor : Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree and Certificate course in computer operation.Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course or Govt. recognized degree/ diploma in Social work or Medical Social work.

Application Fee: Eligible Candidates has to pay Rs.300/- through Credit/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking.
